Lucky Penny Wallet

The Lucky Penny Wallet was a fun project to make with great results. I purchased the precut kit which made it much easier. I made a second wallet, although I was careful how I cut it out, it was not as precise. I added a zipper in the lower pocket of my second wallet. I discovered how easy cork is to sew and love the results. My girlfriends are all in in, wanting to order a kit and make their own version. A great group sewing project.

Pretty Easy

First time working with cork - very easy and very pretty. Credit cards fit nicely. ID slot seems too little - I would be afraid I'd lose my ID. I think it's ironic that a wallet named Lucky Penny doesn't have a change pocket!
