Missouri Star Olga's Alter Ego Rotary Cutter - Sassy

I did not realize how flimsy feeling my other cutters were! This feels solid and is a major upgrade for me! Grip is nice and cuts better- plus the fun snarky sassy blades! I’m going to look for the smaller version and get that also!

I bought this rotary cutter because…. 1) I have the light blueish gray one that I loved right away after using it and this one came out in pink. 2) it’s weight & handle size makes it easier for me to cut fabric due to I have neuropathy in my hands. I highly recommend these cutters.

I own 6 different high quality rotary cutters, 3 of which are the ergonomic style. So why would I buy one more? Jenny’s video mentioned the ball bearing and how easy it would be on the shoulder joint. Plus it is a beautiful color. It was a daily deal item and I had a shipping bundle going, so on impulse I bought it. Wow! It is my favorite. That ball bearing makes all the difference. It just glides through the fabric. While they all claim to go through 6 plus layers, this one actually does it...

I own this and Olga. They are both wonderful rotary cutters. They’re easier to use. The ball bearing action makes cutting smoother with less pressure and resulting stress on my wrist.

I fell and tore every tendon in my cutting shoulder. Using a rotary cutter was painful and hard. This rotary cutter with the ball bearings is a game changer!! I can cut fabric again and with less pain!! And just at how pinky pretty she is!! Warning: be careful removing the protective plastic cover from the extremely sharp blade. I got cut.

I bought two pink and one regular blueish color and love how they cut…I have to adjust my pressure because it does’t need a lot until the blade starts to dull. We need the bigger size 60 with the same ball bearings so I can cut foam and batting as this one runs into the center cap that holds it all together.

Love the sassy sayings and the grip is so comfortable. The blade cuts like butter.

Didn’t think I needed a new rotary cutter but this one feels great in my hand- weighted but in a balanced sort of way! Looking forward to cutting fabrics for my next project!!

I don't even know what it is about this cutter, but I will never buy a different brand. It's so perfect in my hand and I don't have to work as hard as with other designs. I bought this Sassy one for my 10 year old quilting student and she's over the moon with this color. Thank you, MSQC!
