Ravishing in red, this is the original Ruby Sensation quilt made up entirely of crimson-hued fabrics with a crisp, white background. A few of our most popular quilt blocks are combined to create a pattern that is totally unique, all focused on the center, a radiant version of the classic Missouri Star.

Exclusively for Missouri Star, this pieced quilt kit contains a pattern by Missouri Star and Kona Cotton Solid fabrics for the top and binding, including precut 10" squares, by Robert Kaufman.

Backing sold separately, 8 yards needed of 42" wide fabric or 2 3/4 yards of 108" wide fabric. We recommend Kona Cotton - Chinese Red Yardage.
Follow along with the fun in Block Magazine Vol. 7 Issue 2 through Vol. 7 Issue 6.

Lovely fabric

I love the pattern

This Kona fabric is beautiful to work with.

My holding back from giving it 5 stars is that I have been short 3 of the red fabrics. I am on a time frame and this is holding me up.

Love this kit

Haven’t had a chance to make it yet. We have a bunch of bee babies in our church and in our family so anything for myself is down the list a ways! I looked through the kit and the pattern and it looks great. Can’t wait to get started on it soon.

Ruby Red is da bomb!

I made this quilt as soon as Jenny did her tutorial last year! It is so striking and the red choices are the perfect contrast in each block. Came together quickly and gifted to my nephew who is colorblind. Perfect graduation gift for someone who only sees red!

Exactly what I needed when I needed it most...
