For a Quilt

I bought this for making a quilt that required 42 - 10" squares. In the washer then dryer they went. At the ironing board I noticed two blocks have zigzag over run cuts about an inch into the block. Very disappointing! I looked for another bundle to make sure I have enough but it is sold out. I may have to make another project unless MSQ comes back with a viable answer. First time this has ever happened! Love the fabric, quality great for quilting, colors very cheery...
