Beginner Friendly, Easily Adaptable

I used this pattern for the second quilt I have ever made and this was my first using a pattern. The pattern, written for fat quarters, was easy to adapt for yardage. To keep to the primary color pallet I wanted to use, I also adjusted for only six accent colors/patterns I instead of the 8 or 9 written in the pattern. Quick to put together, awesome baby quilt!

I haven’t been quilting too long, but this was by far the fastest quilt I have ever sewn! The cutting of the fabric took the most mental capacity for this project, because there were many different lengths to cut from the background fabric. After that, it went together easily.
