Dot Jot Charm Pack

I used these squares to make the Carpenters Starburst Bed Runner for my Mom’s birthday. Her room is all whites and greys so it needed a pop of color. This was the fabric she chose and it came out beautifully. Just what we needed to give the room a bit of a lift.

I really love the colors and design of these charms. I will have to find a special pattern for them.

With five Dot Jot charm packs and 3.5 yards of light gray Dot Jot fabric for the background, border and binding, I made Jenny's pattern "Missouri Roads" from the Moda All-Stars Scraps Made Simple book. The quilt top turned out great! It is so very colorful and fun that I decided to finish it off by ordering the dark blue Dot Jot for the backing.

I bought 2 of these packs, haven't had time to do anything with them yet but I like them and they will work nicely as blenders or perhaps half square triangles for a quilt!
