Missouri Star Mini Periwinkle (Wacky Web) Template for 2.5" Squares

Loved how easily I could downsize and adapt the periwinkle mug rug pattern to make lots of coasters from mostly scraps for holiday gifts!

I’ve been using all my wacky web tools to make coasters, mug rugs and table toppers, but the little coasters are so cute!

I have been making the small table topper/mug rug for years, as gifts, and received many compliments. Recently I bought the smaller template to make some mug rug/coasters. Unfortunately I really struggled to turn it right side out. (The arthritis in my fingers didn't appreciate the struggle.) As I compared the two sizes I wished that there was a template for a size between these two. Perhaps I should try to make my own . . .

I received a coaster made from this template ... it was so cute I couldn't wait to get one for myself! The template is the perfect size for coaster!

Love it. I am currently making your Mini Periwinkle Quilt using the Petal Power fabric collection. I started using the papers, then made a plastic Template. Love how it is going!! I've also chosen fabric to make your Periwinkle Quilt using the Medium size Periwinkle w/mini cornerstones.

I have the other periwinkle sizes and wanted to be certain to have the mini too. I’ve used the larger ones successfully but not yet the mini. I am typically happy with MSQC templates.

I made coasters & fussy cut snoopy. They came out so cute. I can’t wait to make more.

I was in the process of making the mug rugs and misplaced my template so ordered two more , I have all the template sizes and made a large table topper last Christmas.
