    Terrible instructions

    I was so excited to get this quilt kit. I love the potential. However I cannot even get this cut out since the instructions are so bad. I will have to match the colors to the photo and write the pattern myself.

    nice quick quilt if you can figure out the instructions

    I appreciate the time that goes into writing patterns (I do so myself). This pattern would benefit from a little more time spent on the cutting instructions. As written they're confusing, the diagrams are confusing, and, they are incomplete. They fail to include the rectangle sizes needed for the log cabin portions - even if someone knows what these are, you can't cut all at once without the total number needed and this pattern fails on that end.
