Quilter's Cash is a reward program where you can earn points that can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. You must be logged into your Missouri Star account to earn or redeem points on a purchase.
When logged into your account, you can either go to your Account to redeem a 'voucher code' or you can apply all of your available points during the checkout process. We'll walk you through both, so let's get started!
Applying at Checkout- Desktop
It's important to note that the option to use Quilter's Cash does NOT appear while you are viewing your cart. You will need to click either 'Checkout' or 'Proceed to Checkout' from your cart to get to the page where Quilter's Cash can be used.
While checking out, you should see the option to use all of your points on the right-hand side of the screen. Click 'Redeem' to apply the points to your order. You should see a discount code created:
Applying at Checkout- Mobile
It's important to note that the option to use Quilter's Cash does NOT appear while you are viewing your cart. You will need to click either 'Checkout' or 'Proceed to Checkout' from your cart to get to the page where Quilter's Cash can be used.
On mobile, the option to use your points will be under the Order Summary section. You'll see a spot that shows how many points you have to use. Click 'Redeem' to apply these:
You should see a discount code applied.
Creating a Voucher Code
You can choose to redeem a voucher reward from your account (NOTE: you can only redeem 1 voucher reward per shopping trip). After a voucher code is redeemed, you can then copy and paste the code during checkout. Let's jump into it!
Head to your Account, then navigate to the Quilter's Cash section in your account:
Scroll down to "Rewards" and select the voucher you would like to use. Available rewards will be green with 'Get Reward'.
If you click on the “get reward” button, you will see a window pop up like this:
Click "Redeem," and then you will see your unique coupon code appear on the next window, like so:
You will need to copy and paste this full code (including the LL- at the beginning) into the discount code box at checkout. If you click on the small clipboard icon (indicated by the hand pointer in the screenshot above), the full code will be automatically copied to your clipboard, making it easy to paste it into the discount code box when you're ready to check out.
Click on the clipboard icon to the right of this code to automatically copy it for you to easily paste into the coupon code field at checkout:
Keep in mind that only 1 voucher code can be redeemed in a single shopping trip. If applying points brings your order below the $59 free shipping threshold (domestic orders only), this will charge for shipping on the order.
Claimed a voucher by accident, or changed your mind? Contact our customer service department to void out an unused voucher for you - this will return the points to your account so that you can use them on a future purchase.
