    I am so grateful that I have this seam ripper. The light and magnifier make it much easier to see white stitches on white fabric

    I got one and had it shipped to a fellow MSQC quilter as a random act of kindness and she loved it also.

    I wanted to love it

    I like the magnifying part of this device, and the light. My tired old eyes really need that. But the actual seam ripper is a little wonky. The metal part that slides under the stitches doesn’t slide well, because it has an odd little burr on it. It seems to be poorly made with cheap materials. I need to file it off with an emery board or something. Also, the ripper rotates, so you can change the angle you’re ripping with it, which should be a good thing, but mine rotates a little too freely, making it hard to control.

    Great Little Tool

    This seam ripper helps me see the stiches clearly. I love how the ripper part rotates to make it easy to remove stiches, allowing me to get at the right angle.
