Baby Lock Machines may be returned in their original factory carton, undamaged with Styrofoam, warranty card, instruction manual, and all included accessories (e.g., presser foot, power cord, dust cover).

Returned shipping is non-refundable and at the customer's expense. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is given.
