Bernette Machines may be returned in their original factory carton, undamaged with Styrofoam, warranty card, instruction manual, and all included accessories (e.g., presser foot, power cord, dust cover).

Returned shipping is non-refundable and at the customer's expense. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is given. Bernette Sewing Machine returns can be accepted as long as this is returned within 30 days of the purchase. Outside of this time, you will need to follow the warranty information that is included in your box.
