My order was shipped to my old address! What do I do?
If your order was shipped UPS Ground or UPS 2nd Day Air to an incorrect address, the best place to start is by contacting FedEx at (800) 742-5877 they can help re-route your order to your new address. Or you can sign up for UPS Account HERE
If your order was shipped standard shipping, please contact our Customer Service team. We will work with our partners to try and get it back. If your package can’t be located, we will reship your order the first time it happens, but please make sure you then update your address. Any additional orders shipped to the wrong address will not be re-shipped.
