You should expect it between the 20th of April and the 20th of May

Issue 3 

Billed late May

Shipped in the middle of June

You should expect it between the 20th of June and the 20th of July

Any address changes need to be made by May 15th

Issue 4

Billed late July

Shipped in the middle of August

You should expect it between the 20th of August and the 20th of September

Any address changes need to be made by July 15th

Issue 5 

Billed late September

Shipped in the middle of October

You should expect it between the 20th of October and the 20th of November

Any address changes need to be made by September 15th

Billed late November

Shipped in the middle of December

You should expect it between the 20th of December and the 20th of January 

Any address changes need to be made by November 15th

If you subscribe after the billing date, the first issue you will receive will be the following bi-monthly issue. Subscribers are charged every other month, or you can be billed once a year.
