One block was too small

The last block was only 5 inches. I went back and cut 18 3 inch triangles. I cut these in half and then sewed them to the squares. This worked. My quilt is beautiful.

I love the pattern but there is an error on one of the blocks. I called Missouri Star but they had no record if the error. The last small blocke says to cut 3 inch squares into 4 triangles. When i did, my blocknwas only 5 inches and beeded to be 5.5 inches. I cut 18 - 3 inch blocks and cut each in half. When I sewed them on the squares, my squares were the correct size.
