Terrible cutting instructions

This is a cute quilt, but the cutting instructions are terrible. Instead of using typical instructions (ex- cut 2 strips 3” x WOF, etc), the author refers to a cutting diagram that doesn’t explain the necessary steps. Cutting in accordance with the diagram (if you can figure out how to do it) would also waste a lot of fabric. I had to spend a lot of time writing out my own set of step by step instructions.

Great Pattern

This pattern is very clearly and well written, so easy to understand and follow. The animal characters are adorable ! I had fun making each tree different and I like that they are different heights too. There is a selection of sizes to choose from. Printed on really nice quality paper also. I highly recommend this pattern.
