Stunning design

Makes a unique pattern. I used one black/white layer cake. Once understood, cutting went well. I intend to do it again with a different color way.

Burst block template

Worst directions I've ever seen.

It never says to sew. It doesn't say how to align the pieces. I think I can figure it out, but the first block had to be trimmed down. It also doesn't say what size is supposed to be. It appears that it's only for one size of block.

Had fun learning how to use the Burst Block Template after watching the Youtube tutorial numerous times for the tips on placement of the ruler for consistency of the bursts in the blocks. Tutorial is a huge help since instructions were a bit confusing for me. The quilt went together quickly and was fun to make! Looking forward to using the Burst Block Template in making the Horizon Quilt, a simpler block.
