I made this last week and I love it.

Didn't know I needed to buy additional templates.

I love the look of this bag but didn't know you need templates to make or I would not have purchased the pattern. Would not buy again.

QAYG - Quilt As You Go Bag

I like Quilt as you go (QAYG) or precuts because they are fast. This pattern says it uses both! Reading the pattern over I realized I made a mistake, by not reading ALL the info on the front of the pattern. This pattern needs a set of templates which have an inside measurement & an outside measurement. The instructions on how to cut and sew each square is in the instructions with the templates. The specific measurements of the “inside”(5”) & “outside” (5”) are not included w/ the pattern...

Great pattern. And the bag size is perfect I made my first with batting and found it was floppy. I’m making another with soft and stable. Highly recommend

Zippered Bag

Love this bag. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I plan on making lots of these to give as gifts. It would be cute to have one for every holiday using holiday fabrics.

So much fun

I had so much fun I made another one with a different background. It is bigger than I thought it would be. Alot of work but SO CUTE. Follow the directions. I made the first one with what I imagined it needed and it did not turn out as well. Once I GOT THE DIRECTIONS AND MADE THE SECOND ONE IT TURNED OUT SO MUCH BETTER.

More info needed prior to ordering

Would like to see it clearly stated that this bag cannot be made unless you purchase the templates. The pattern instructions do not include all measurements. Those needed details are included in the template purchase. I've previously purchased patterns where the acrylic template is an option, but, if you choose not to purchase, a paper template is included.
