Ratings & Reviews
Reviews Summary
Customers say this compact steam iron is perfect for quilting and travel, fitting comfortably in their hands while delivering impressive heat. Many reviews mention its convenience for pressing seams right at the sewing machine, eliminating trips to the ironing board. Users appreciate its lightweight design and portability for classes and retreats. The iron heats up quickly and gets surprisingly hot despite its small size. Most find it ideal for small spaces and precise work on quilt pieces. Some note the water reservoir requires frequent refilling due to its compact size, and a few mention minor issues with steam ports or cord placement.

    cord not in the center

I could only give this 4 stars just because it is awkward to use if you are left handed or work on the left side of your sewing machine. It heats up quickly, does an amazing job for a little iron, but the cord is in the way of everything I try to press because it comes out of the right side of the iron instead of the center of the back. Otherwise, if you are working with it to your right side it might be perfect.

    Disappointed

Disappointed. Doesn’t really get hot enough to press seems as you go. Really thinking about returning it. Not worth the money!!

    Great little iron

It sure does the job and it steams. Best little iron and it doesn't blow fuses at a retreat great to have. Too many large Irons at a retreat will blow fuses. These don't. We all have them in our quilt group. No problems at all. Best thing is the are great to Iron with.

Features of a full size iron

Most little irons don't seem to have the same features of full size ones. The only one this iron is missing is the auto-off feature (which, as a quilter, I consider an annoyance rather than a feature).
