    Nice fabric

    I have always wanted to make a wedding ring quilt, but just can't find the time. I love this cheater fabric that will allow me to make a wedding ring throw quilt for my sofa. The colors in the print will make it easy for me to match some other fabrics for borders and binding.

    Love the pattern, but I don’t love the fabric itself.

    The pattern on this fabric is exactly what I expected, and I love it… I don’t love the fabric itself. The fabric is very thin, the white parts are very see-through, and it doesn’t feel like a typical Quilting cotton. It is very smooth and almost plastic feeling. I came back to the description to see if there was something that I could’ve picked up in the description of the fabric that I missed, But there isn’t. You can see how transparent is it in the photo below.

    I’m really bummed, I am not sure if I will end up using this or not… I don’t want to put days weeks or possibly months into a quilt that would not turn out to be worthy of gifting…😣
