    Perfect after all this time.

    I came across a quilt I started 30 or so years ago, and now that I finally have a sewing room after the last kid left, wanted to hang it up. Raspberry was perfect for the binding. It was exactly the same color as the ones in the blocks.

    Then I came across a set of 20 colors of 1895 batiks in blue, which were perfect with the raspberry!

    It took just a few hours for another wall hanging that fits between a bookcase and a window.

    The best part is I still have a lot left, and I know I’ll be inspired by the rich beauty of the fabric.

    Exactly what I’ve been looking for!

    This will finish off the back of a quilt I started years ago. I accidentally used up the yardage I had initially purchased for backing, and this is a perfect match!
