Beginner Friendly - You'll want to make more than one
I purchased from Etsy on Melissa's website, it included a link to her video. It's basically quilting two pieces than sewing them together (the cone and the brim). My first one turned out well but found that hand sewing the binding around the outside of the brim FIRST was a good route. Hand sewing the trim where the cone and brim connect works best. Also picking a fabric for the underside of the brim that goes well with your skin/hair is nice since this is seen. I did a playful cheaper fabric...
