    Bought for new binding around Mrs Kringle dress neckline

    This was the perfect fabric for a bias binding for my new Mrs. Kringle costume. I wasn't pleased with the design when it arrived, not liking the look of "old yellowed tape" throughout, but once I created a bias binding out of it for my dress, I was able to work around the pieces of "tape". It was definitely good quality fabric. I have never been dissatisfied with any fabric bought from here.
