Incomplete Instructions

Incomplete cutting instructions and no follow-up when I contacted the help desk. Received the same instructions, then got cut off from my message and unable to complete the discussion. I gave up and haven't completed the project. Cutting instructions for one color fabric only, and project has multiple colors.
