A fantastic stash buster

I may use this pattern to make a graduation quilt for one of my grand nephews. I watched the tutorial and found it was easy to put together and yet looks like you spent hours on it. Great job MSQ

Points have a hard time meeting.

I was very disappointed in this pattern. I watched the tutorial on this project and Jenny made reference several times that it didn't bother her if the points didn't match as it was "only a picnic blanket". I really bothered me and the harder I tried to correct it, the worse it got. By the time this quilt is finished it will have cost me over $150.00 and the points match very few times. Perfect pattern for a thoughtful gift

I had a pack of 10” squares for years and couldn’t decide what to do with them. The four-patch picnic quilt pattern was perfect for this. The pattern is easy to follow, and I’m moving along without any trouble. So far, I only have the 4-patches made. My brother and sister-in-law are retiring and are refurbishing a trailer for summer camping. I thought this would be a great retirement gift.

Cute, happy quilt!

Saw the tutorial, how easy it appears to make it. I needed something quick and easy as soon as I finish the quilt I am currently working on. Chose the Gingham Cottage fabric to use for this quilt.

It seems to me that the pattern should have been made so that I didn't sew over the corners of the 2 1/2 in squares when I sewed the fabric around each square.
