LOG CABIN TREE SKIRT

This is a lovely pattern. Well written and also was a bonus to see a MSQC tutorial by Misty on it. Bought it for a project for the upcoming 2023 year. I want to take time to curate the fabrics I have in my head - we all know how that goes - you have something in mind but then it takes time to find exactly what you are dreaming of. HAHA.

I like the pattern, but…

I’m a advanced beginner quilter. I’m in the process of making their tree skirt, I like it and it looks good so far, but the instructions seem to be a little lacking in detail. I usually read instructions a few times before I start a project and felt like these were missing a step or two. I watched the video and that helped so it’s coming along and I hope to get it done before thanksgiving. Lol.
