A Lovely Quilt

I am not a black and white lover, per se, but I loved the quilt Jenny made and thought I would make a similar quilt. I added an inner 2" white border, but everything else remained the same. I used Best Press to keep my pieces from going wonky. I am not an adept rotary cutter, but the blocks came nicely together. My friends and I layed the quilt today and I will hand quilt it. Loved this pattern!

Beautiful Pattern

This pattern and the video Jenny created made this pattern very easy to follow and create a beautiful quilt.

Quick but need to pay attention to bias

Pattern was quick and fairly easy. My scant 1/4” seam on jelly roll strips didn’t give me a full 4 1/2” strip to cut. Think the pinked edge was my issue. But, quilt came together quickly - starch my friend while pressing

I'd looked for quite a while for a pattern to use on a jelly roll . This worked well.

I like the pattern. I just wish your patterns gave the yarn requirements and cutting instructions for bigger sizes. You know, you figure the math so we don't have too. I'm not good at figuring how much I need to grow a quilt!

I love the design. I made it with a jelly roll of pastels and I think something with more contrast would be better--next one I will do a blue/white or purple/white combos
