I am having a blast making these blocks and using up a bunch of scraps! The blocks are coming out so great, I know one of the grandchildren will really like this version of the log cabin when I am done. And I will be sad that I will be moving to another project as this one is such fun. This 82 year old loves the wonky log cabin block!!!

Luv this pattern

I am half way through making this quilt. Instructions easy to follow. Love finished block. Only problem is wonky template. Cuts 2A & 2B hard to see on fabric. Lines too light.

Wonky Log Cabin

I LOVE IT! Got the ruler and definitely need a finished square on hand but it’s turning into a fun time. Have a stack of leftover 2” strips & squares and am finding that it’s so easy to find strips that match up with the fabric I got for this quilt. This will have the initial strips but throughout I’m inserting splashes of different colors and patterns.

Pattern looks interesting but...

This pattern looked interesting and I decided to download the digital version. Once I got it I found out that without the templates it would be nearly impossible to make this pattern. I might have missed it, but I did not see anywhere that the only way I could make this pattern would be to purchase the templates.
