Fun for Halloween

I had fun with this pattern. It was easy to put together and I embellished it a little.

Going batty

I needed to find a Halloween theme project & fast. Ordering a digital pattern gave me plenty of time to complete the project w/o leaving my house! I also did not need to purchase any material as I had a lot of Halloween material. It was a win win situation!

I really enjoyed sewing this wall quilt. I made it my own by adding a lawn and moon. Some of the fabrics were glow-in-the dark which add some fun.

I loved it! It was nice to pay for something and have it in my hands almost immediately. I got it downloaded got it printed off - which all went very smoothly. And at 2:00 in the morning when I couldn't sleep I got up and started sewing!

I enjoyed this pattern very much. I had lots of fabrics left from other halloween projects. It was exciting to drag them out and choose which to use where. The bats, doors and windows were cut outs from these fabrics. I didn't have to purchase anything to make this quilt. Still working on it. I ditch quilted around all the straight seams and am trying out something on the borders. Used orange thread which doesn't show up at all. Planning to take that out this afternoon and redo in black.
