Colorful & Beautiful

The curves were a challenge at first, but the more I paid attention to exactly what the directions said to do, the easier it became. I used PRISM by Jason Yenter, sold by Missouri Star. In the first photo of my work-in-progress, you can see a bright green in the middle upper rows. I replaced these pieces with a batique from a local store so that it blended better.

Easy pattern to follow

This was my first try with curved seams. I wanted a pattern to use up scraps and this one worked very well. The instructions were clear and I purchased the templates which were easy to use.

Challenging

I like fussy, intricate quilt patterns but this one almost defeated me! I would encourage you to study and understand this pattern before choosing fabrics. I chose fabrics that all coordinate but ended up coordinating too well to get a lot of definition between the waves. Love it, though, and think it's a great pattern.
