    Very soft

I loved it, the spool is too small for anything other than a small quilt. The thread is very soft to touch. I would have purchased a larger spool if it was available. I used 2 1/2 spools to hand quilt a queen sized quilt. I will buy the larger spool when available. The thread never knotted or broke during hang quilting.
