Quilting Product Description

This pretty quilt, made with the help of a mini orange peel template, will “a-peel” to anyone loving hearts and flowers! The Missouri Star quilt pattern is charm-pack friendly and made by assembling 7 1/2” finished squares. Sample quilt made with fabrics from the Seascape collection from Maywood Studio and Kona Cotton from Robert Kaufman Fabrics.

Cute pattern!

This will be my first applique project. The instructions are clear and should be easily doable for this novice! I do wish that there was an acrylic template for the heart pattern rather than the paper template in the pattern. Other heart acrylic templates made by MSQC are not the right size for this pattern.

Cute Quilt - I’m not an experienced quilter

This is a great pattern, easy to follow instructions and Misty does a tutorial online that made it even easier for me. I’m a want to be master quilter but I’m just a little past the beginner stage right now. I loved making it because it came together quickly and I felt very accomplished.

Using a stabilizer on both pieces causes the needle to gum up. Otherwise the pattern is a beautiful, have lots of compliments.
