    Hentrietta turtle pincushion

    Difficult to have shell section sit properly on turtle back while holding enough filling to be useful as a proper pin cushion

    I've been sewing and quilting for over sixty years, so I think I know what I'm doing. I'm able to read a pattern and follow directions. That said, I found Henrietta Turtle pincushion frustrating and disappointing to make. I had planned to make several for gifts, but now I don't think I will.
