Here is what I love about this pattern...with a layer cake...your quilt blocks are half made before you start. This is an easy peasy pattern to follow. Made a nice king size quilt. And it's beautiful!

A few years ago I was given a pack patriotic of 10" squares for Christmas. The pack is from Henry Glass & Co., Inc. It is called Land of the Free. because of the way the pages are printed instructions for cutting 2A,2B & 2C are next to written instructions for 2D and C units. Might be easier to follow if the illustrations were close to the written instructions
