    Minkie for a blanket

    I love the softness and color of the most recent minkie I purchased for another blanket. I use 4 1/2 yards of fabric, fold it over and sew the side seams on inside. Turn it to the right side and it becomes a wonderful blanket. Super easy and fast, using a walking foot and sewing at a lessened tension and slower speed. Makes a wonderful gift plus I have several I keep for myself.
