Cute But Impractical
I needed another magnetic pin cushion for some new, longer pins, and bought this one. Not only is the magnet rather weak, so pins fall off easily, but with the separation of the top into two shallow compartments, the pins must stick out around the edges. Perhaps this is by design? My old magnetic pin cushions are "Grabit" brand, and I like them very much. Their magnet is much stronger, and the shape of the top seems to corral any length or number of pins very efficiently, and it holds the pins...
