Not true FQ :(

I have 2 of these bundles. I thought I had cut wrong, so I chalked out the cuts. Come to find out, several of these aren't even 21". Now I'm several FQs short for my pattern and have to find a different pattern all together and feel like I've "wasted" the ones I've already cut. The fabric itself is great, very soft and easy to work with. But if I'm buying a fat quarter bundle, I expect the pieces to be fat quarter size.
