Sew Steady® Large Basic Extension Table - 18" x 24" by Sew Steady

Sew Steady called me to confirm my machine, and it arrived in less time than estimated. It was easy to set up and fits my machine perfectly. I assembled a quilt already, and the table helped tremendously having the large surface to keep it straight during sewing. My old cabinet lifted up around my old machine, but was too narrow for my new machine. It was terrible having only about 5 square inches to work on. Now I'm back in business!

The extension table fits perfectly! I love having the extra space for sewing my quilts. It’s so much easier when you can leave the pieces flat, and it makes everything quicker to put together. I just wish I had ordered one earlier!

I used to keep my embroidery head on (just pulled out a bit so that it didn't initialize every time I started my machine), but this is SO MUCH BETTER. Nice surface, I can put my instructions underneath it and my subassemblies on top of it. And the ruler is great for sorting out parts and pieces. I got the 18x24 size rather than the 24x36 because of the amount of fore/aft space I had. I would have loved an 18x36 option!

I absolutely love my Sew Steady Extension Table. I have one for another machine and didn't realize how much I missed having one until it arrived. It gives me so much more room for my sewing. I also like having a space under the table that I can lay out pieces to put together.

I found helpful information to make sure I purchase the correct table for my machine. It was the best price I could find. The delivery was fairly speedy.

It is a perfect fit for my Bernina 830 record. Yes, it is easier for quilting.

I purchased this extension table because I needed it for a free motion quilting 101 class. It shipped within the stated timeframe and was securely fitted in the shipping box. It fit my Janome HD 3000 perfectly. I only needed to use the four legs and it is very sturdy. The table is well made and comes with a little bit of plastic polish/cleaner and polishing cloth so you don't scratch the acrylic. Now I need to make a case to store and carry the table to classes. I was hesitant at first as this meant a different way of sewing with arms elevated but gave it a try. Wow, what a great way to sew more comfortable. The additional space for laying out my material and also under it, for extra supplies presser foots, etc. The only thing for improvement is to have it lay flush on my Brother SE2000. There is a slight increase in height on my machine so this does not accommodate for that. All in all a great addition to my sewing room. Quality built in the USA!

I’ve had my Pfaff for 30 years and only had a very small space to actually sew on. Finally decided to see if I could find a larger table to fit my machine. I was very pleased when I found a table to fit my machine exactly. Looking forward to quilting on it for many years without the project draping and pulling over the sides! WOW!!! Far better than I could have expected! The fit is absolutely perfect! The acrylic is super tough and smooth, my fabric just glides over it! This table makes life “sew” much easier!
