Star hanger rebuttal review

I purchased this item a while back for future uses. When I went to use it I found the dowel was split and wrote a somewhat negative review. MS customer service picked up on my review and sent me a replacement immediately at no cost to me. . Wonderful service and they are reading the reviews . Thank you MS as my replacement came today.
