Great Customer Service

I had ordered the, Ocean Child Pre-Fused Laser Cut Pack. About a week or so later when I finally opened the package to look at the cutouts I noticed it was missing the dolphin. Now all you mamma's and grandma's know you can't give one granddaughter a quilt with a dolphin and one without. I called MSQC right away and asked if they could just send me a dolphin and they sent me a whole new pack, no questions asked. They didn't even want the pack missing the dolphin back. Great Customer Service....

I couldn’t have completed the project if I’d had to cut the intricate pieces myself.

Laser packs make appliqué easy and look good.

It was easy to use, and easy to iron on. Looks good. The only slight grump I had was the instructions on how to use the pieces. The pack instructions were much more a PR exercise than how long to iron, that the backing needed peeling off etc.

This item IS only the prefused appliqué pieces. It does not include precut background strips. Very pricy for only the appliqués. No background strips or quilt directions, although you can watch the tutorial. For the high price, should have included the strips since they are not full WOF pieces. NOT A GREAT VALUE!
