    I really did not want to spend the "big bucks" for an iron. But my really old basic one was on it's last legs. So I went ahead& bought the Oliso. WOW! What a difference using this iron has been. I am very happy!

    Sorry to have bought it.

    It is way too heavy for me, an 81-year-old. I also am finding it difficult to adjust with the change in how I set an iron back down, though I will get used to it in time.

    I do like the effective steam setting. My fabrics release wrinkles much better than my old iron.

    I wonder if I should buy something to put beneath this iron so when I put it down it is not so hot on the ironing board cover....

    I love it. And it is beautiful. I just hope I don't kill it because I do quick little presses and the poor stand pops in an out so much. I am working on slowing down.
