Essential tool for every project

I'm using it for ripping seams out more often than I'd like to admit. I'm currently working on a Boxy Tote, a By Annie bag, and an appliqué quilt I started 3 years ago. I sew in 4 different rooms of my house, and I keep supplies in all of them, so I don't just use one seam ripper at a time. I use whichever seam ripper is handy at the time. Exactly!

Very Pleased

I bought the seam ripper a while back and the tip that came in it was a bit dull so when I saw these on sale I took a chance and purchased 3 so I would have backups for awhile. I was quite pleased with the replacement tips and they were nice and sharp. So glad I purchased extras.

While these are super sharp, they do dull rather quickly; however, the replacements are inexpensive.

Favorite seam ripper, stays sharp

The tips are small but mighty, and the cutter is very sharp. It stays sharp quite a while. I use it at least once a week - maybe more. I've only ever changed out one, but wanted to be prepared. Easily my favorite seam ripper.

I absolutely love the actual seam ripper and thought it was getting dull, so I ordered the replacement—I am SO happy I had the option to do this because I so hate wasting plastic!. Well, before I received the replacement, I realized the ripper's "blade" was gunked with glue from using double-sided tape. I cleaned it off with rubbing alcohol, and lo and behold!, it is as sharp as ever! So I am confident that when I do have to use the replacement, it'll be just as excellent as the original!

I love the way you can just pull one out and push another one in. Quick and easy. Sharp too so be careful you have just the seam in the ripper or you will have a hole in your material. Comfortable handle. I recommend.
