This is one beautiful book!!!

I bought and received this book last week. It is a treasure. The photographs are big, bright and clear and allow the viewer to compare the differences between the modern aesthetic and that of yester year. I have a background in historical costuming and it is an absolute pleasure to see the handwork in detail. This is not a pattern book of historically inspired modern quilts, these are the real thing. There is also information on starting your own collection of historical quilts and their care....
