Wash-a-Way Wonder Tape for Dritz

I am not pleased at all with the Wash-a-Way Wonder Tape. I ordered it after watching a Sallie Tomato tutorial for one of the purses. It looked so easy to use and just what I needed to hold cork and leather in place when making the purses. I have applied it just as shown on the video, but I can’t get the paper to release from the tape to apply the second layer of cork or leather. I have tried repeatedly, but with no luck.

Great idea, but have extremely hard time getting backing to peel off. Really hard!

It works well when you can figure out how to separate the layers. I would have given it 5 stars but it takes much effort to get it to separate

I love the idea of this product and once I got the lining off it worked amazing, however I struggled removing the lining paper after I put it on the one side of the fabric. Any suggestions and the. This product would deserve 5 stars. The

It's absolutely wonderful. I use it keep me in the 1/4 seam limit. I'm 76 and love sewing, but the wash-a-way is perfect for me. I love it!!

I won't quilt without wash-a-way tape. I use it when I am binding my quilts. It holds the fabric in place without using pins, I can continue sewing without the need to stop just to remove a pin.

I was hoping this tape would hold pieces together. It doesn't.

This stuff is the best when making curved pieces. No pins necessary!
