Great thread for longarming

As a newcomer to longarming, I've been using Superior 60 wt thread for both top and bobbin. This trio of white, gray, and blue Aurifil cotton 50 wt works better in my bobbin and produces less lint, too. The colors are perfect for my usual backing colors. I'm still working through the spools doing practice quilts, but soon I will be trying out the blue, too. The Aurifil spools do fine unspooling for winding my bobbin using the regular cone holders on my longarm, no need to buy a spool holder.

AURIFIL threads - The Best !

I love using Aurifil threads for my quilting and most of all my machine loves it even more as it seems to glide through it effortlessly and never seems to lint up or twist up. As a matter of fact whenever I have some sort of thread issue it has always been 1 of 2 reasons in my haste I didn't thread it properly ( I love to drop the bobbin in backwards) or else my needle is bad. Bent or worn or sometimes both.
