Lovely pattern

A beautiful quilt and easy to follow pattern. I was a beginner starting this project. The trickiest part was not stretching the sides of the triangles out after cutting into squares. I used a range or batik fabrics and love the overall look 🥰

Not as easy as it looks, but beautiful

I used 4 charm packs (plus part of a coordinating cream for added size) to make this quilt. The pattern includes instructions for making easy hour glass blocks. Be aware that when you cut the double 4 patches to reveal your finished hour glass blocks, each of the edges on that block are bias. Handle very carefully. The other thing to realize is that a lot of seams come together at the corners. It is probably wise to press your seams open. I spent some time using a rubber mallet to beat my seams...
