4 Stars because thread was just tossed into the cardboard box without any protection

I haven't tried this brand before and decided to get a few balls of assorted colors to play with. The colors were all as pictured on my computer screen. I had ordered the threads and a few other items. I was very disappointed and shocked to find that the thread balls were just tossed into the cardboard box. I expected the thread to be in a plastic bag and recommend that MSQC change their policy to reflect this.
