Great way to show off your layer cakes!

This pattern is so easy and so effective. I made the top in a weekend for a queen sized bed. I had books to make Irish Chain quilts but this pattern is sized for 10” squares, so no thinking and no guessing.

Great pattern. Should read all instructions before starting. Some of the instruction description was a little confusing but after careful 2nd reading it all made sense. I made the quilt using leftover fabric from the "Jane Austen" series.

I love the pattern and I've made half the blocks white and yellow. I'm going to use Pioneer Woman fabric for the other blocks. My sister-in-law's RV has Pioneer Woman dishes and her favorite color is yellow.

I changed the Irish Change Quilt

I originally planed to make the pattern as printed but didn't like the contrast with some of the layer cake patterns. I used the Kona color of the year for 2023 and a soft beige and left out the flower pieces. Ready to quilt and bind.
