So pretty and fun to make!

Beautiful. I wanted it a bit bigger so I added a few rows using the extra fabric provided along with some scraps of my own. I added my own black border that isn't included. After I decided on the layout for each row, I used painter's tape to cover the middle of each strip and numbered each row. This was very helpful to keep the squares organized.

I guess I didn’t read the description well enough. I received three stacks of 2x2” squares, pattern and grid layout. No border is included. I was very disappointed to say the least because I have ordered other kits similar to this one and for the same price received the entire front of the quilt shown in the photo. Obviously not the backing, batting or binding were included. I guess a more careful reading of what is included is all I can say. It wasn’t a very good deal even on sale!

I have only been quilting for just over a year and have wanted to learn to do a watercolor quilt. This my fits the bill and takes the challenge out of choosing and cutting the 2"×2" squares. Just the fun of sorting and sewing. The order came in just a few days.

Loved this kit!

I've never done a watercolor quilt before so I read the directions very carefully. I did use the grid interfacing as recommended. It came together quite quickly. The fabrics and color shades were different from the picture but still came out in a pleasing way.

I am enjoying this kit so much! So far the directions are very clear, and once I laid it all out on the design wall, I moved the fabric squares around until I found what I liked. I haven’t gone farther than that yet because I’m finishing other projects. I also have so many squares left that if I purchased another kit, I could probably complete three. Great Project- you can make it your own

I laid out the design in my own way, and love this hanging on the door of my quilt room. I highlighted the heart in darker colors.

What an Awesome Project!

This was my 1st attempt at watercolor quilting, although it's always been something I wanted to do. However, one needs a large and diverse stash to accomplish this, and the kit was perfect. Everything except borders was provided. I had a lot of fun playing with the colors, but there are so many extra squares, another person could order the same kit and that piece would be different from mine. I might try another small piece again sometime.
