What happens if I miss the September 3rd due date for the 2nd payment?
A
You will be refunded for the first half of your payment and lose your hold on the holiday box. In order to guarantee that you will receive the countdown to the Christmas box please make sure you complete your final payment prior to September 3rd, 2025.

Can I return or exchange the items in Jenny's Christmas Box?

We have a feeling you’re going to love the gifts inside, however, If you have second thoughts about the Countdown to Christmas Box, you may cancel your order before it ships in late October. Please note that once your Countdown to Christmas Box ships to you all sales are final. We will not accept returns.

Can I purchase a 2025 Countdown to Christmas Box as a gift for someone else, or order more than 1 box?

Absolutely! If they are all going to the same address, you can check out with more than one box. Please note that if you are ordering boxes to send to separate addresses, you will need to place a separate order for each box.

How do i check and / or change the shipping address
A
If you have paid 100% of the preorder you will need to contact our Customer Service department and have them change it for you. If you have yet to pay the remaining 50% then the address you use during final checkout will be the address we ship to. Please note that your address needs to be updated prior to shipping in late October. Once your package is shipped we will not be able to update the delivery address.
